The California High-Speed Rail Authority released public video of construction of the high-speed rail project throughout the Central Valley on May 13, 2016.
The video was also used at that week’s Board Meeting in Bakersfield.
The video features Hugo Mejia, construction manager for CHSR Construction Package 1, which stretches from Avenue 19 in Madera to East American Avenue in Fresno. In the video, Hugo explains what crews are building for each of the six construction sites.
