Alstom, Transmaholding TMH International and Vemerkiper Ingenieria have presented bids to provide 700 electric trains in Argentina. These are trains that will be used on the Mitre, San Martin and Belgrano Sur lines. The contract also involves components and maintenance works with a total investment of USD 800mn (EUR 693.58mn). The trains should arrive from late 2021.
