The decree related to the transfer modalities for rail workers from one enterprise to another, after the opening of competition, was published in the “Journal Officiel” dated 27 December 2018. The decree notably determines the procedure applicable to the transfer of work contracts to employees, the calculation modalities for the number of employees to transfer, the modalities to keep the remuneration of transferred employees and conditions to exercise the right to benefit from the status of rail worker should they be re-hired by the SNCF.
